The ginger is strained off and candied to perfection in the oven, then added back into this sweet fusion masterpiece! A killer base of Roasted tomatillo and roasted green tomatos start off this sauce and include fresh ginger that has been used to make a simple syrup with organic dark cane sugar and then candied in the oven. This sauce also includes roasted garlic, vidalia onion, sea salt, locally sourced honey, heirloom carrots, and fresh peppercorns. A combo of hopped up peppers include roasted green chilis, jalapenos, habaneros, carolina reapers, and ghost peppers.
